These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between ARTPRO DESIGN EOOD (hereinafter "ArtPro", "we") and the visitors and clients of the artpro.bg website (hereinafter "Users", "you").

By using the website, its catalogue and its enquiry forms, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

ArtPro designs, supplies and installs premium heating and wellness systems:

• Fireplaces, wood and pellet stoves, boilers and gas fires
• Saunas, steam rooms and wellness rooms
• Pools, spa pools and whirlpools
• Chimney systems, flue accessories and control equipment
• Consultation, technical design, supply, installation and commissioning

Consultations and technical meetings take place in our showroom at 178A Cherni Vrah Blvd, Sofia.

All models, technical specifications, drawings and documents in the catalogue come from the official sources of the respective manufacturer. They are published for information purposes and do not constitute a binding commercial offer.

Manufacturers may change specifications, equipment and availability without prior notice. Final specifications, availability and lead times are confirmed in a written offer.

Where a starting price is shown for a model, it is a base price excluding VAT and excludes optional extras, delivery to site and installation.

The final price for a project depends on the selected configuration, the site conditions and the required installation work, and is confirmed in an individual offer.

Enquiries are submitted through the forms on the website, by phone or by email. We respond during business hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 - 19:00. Meetings at weekends are possible by prior arrangement only.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. A contract arises only after a written offer has been confirmed by both parties.

Products are covered by the warranty terms of the respective manufacturer. The warranty applies when the product has been installed and operated according to the manufacturer's instructions and the applicable standards.

Installations of heating appliances, chimney systems, pools and spa equipment must be carried out by qualified specialists. Installation by third parties may void the manufacturer's warranty.

The content of this website - texts, structure, design, photographs, catalogues and technical documents - is protected by copyright. Brand names, logos and model names remain the property of the respective manufacturers.

CAD files and technical drawings published in the "For architects and designers" section are provided by the manufacturers for design purposes. They may be used for planning and design work and may not be resold or distributed as your own materials.

We take care to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is free of errors or omissions at all times. ArtPro is not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of the catalogue without a technical consultation.

We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked from our pages, including manufacturers' websites.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on this page.
